S. DRAGON (8493) Announces Name Change, Stock Short Name Update, and Logo Cessation

Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited (formerly known as Dragon King Group Holdings Limited) confirmed that a special resolution approving the name change was passed on 17 October 2025. The new English name, Scorching Dragon Holdings Limited, and Chinese name, 炙龍控股有限公司, became effective on 30 October 2025 in the Cayman Islands and were subsequently recognized in Hong Kong on 15 December 2025. All existing share certificates remain valid for trading and settlement.

Effective 6 February 2026, the company’s stock short name on the Stock Exchange changes from “DRAGON KING GP” to “S. DRAGON” in English and from “龍皇集團” to “炙龍控股” in Chinese, with the stock code unchanged at 8493. In addition, the original company logo is no longer in use. This change is not expected to impact normal business operations or shareholders’ rights.

Trading in the company’s shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 20 October 2025 and remains suspended pending the fulfillment of resumption guidance announced on 19 January 2026.
