Top Glove Corporation Bhd announced a change in the interest of substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee under Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016.

On Feb, 24 2026, Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee acquired an indirect interest in 2.0 million ordinary shares through her husband, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai.

Following the transaction, her direct stake remains at 17,562,876 shares, representing 0.219 % of the company’s issued shares, while her indirect or deemed interest increases to 3,016,847,828 shares, or 37.626 %. In total, she now holds 3,034,410,704 shares in the glove maker.

The notice of change was received by the company on Feb, 24 2026.
