Hong Kong – 19 March 2026 – Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (00086) released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and detailed the current membership of its six Board committees.

The Board now consists of 3 Executive Directors, 2 Non-Executive Directors and 7 Independent Non-Executive Directors. Group Executive Chairman Lee Seng Huang heads both the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee. Deputy CEO Antony James Edwards and Group CFO Brendan James McGraw serve as Executive Directors, with McGraw also sitting on the Audit, Risk Management and ESG Committees.

Independent oversight remains substantial: Evan Au Yang Chi Chun chairs the Remuneration Committee, Alan Stephen Jones leads the Audit Committee, and Wayne Robert Porritt heads both the Risk Management and ESG Committees. Other Independent Non-Executive Directors—David Craig Bartlett, Vivian Alexa Kao, Jacqueline Alee Leung and William Thomas Royan—hold multiple committee seats, strengthening governance across all functional areas.

Non-Executive Directors Simon Chow Wing Charn and Peter Anthony Curry (a member of the Remuneration Committee) round out the 12-person Board.
