Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Limited (Beijing Jiaye) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, a circular dated 29 April 2026 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s website (jps.bucg.com). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously requested hard-copy materials.

The company reiterated its decision—first communicated on 20 February 2024—to implement an electronic-only dissemination model for all future corporate communications, including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Shareholders who hold H shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are asked to provide their email addresses to these intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of digital documents.

Non-registered shareholders unable to access the electronic versions may request printed copies at no cost by emailing jcjy@bcjps.com or by writing to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
