Techtronic Ind (HKEX: 00669) has announced a share repurchase transaction.

The company disclosed that on June 25, 2026, it spent approximately HK$1.02 million to buy back 8,000 of its own shares.

The repurchase price ranged between HK$124.7 and HK$128.1 per share.
