Yangzhou Guangling District Taihe Rural Micro-finance Company Limited (Stock Code: 1915) announced that, effective 26 November 2025, Mr. Lau Kwok Yin has resigned as its company secretary and ceased to act as an authorised representative for the purposes of relevant Hong Kong regulations. The board of directors confirmed there are no matters regarding his departure that require attention from shareholders or the Stock Exchange.

With effect from the same date, Mr. Chan Chun Hin has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorised representative. Mr. Chan has professional experience in corporate governance, compliance, auditing, accounting, and corporate finance, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The company’s principal place of business in Hong Kong has changed to Unit 1802, 18/F, Ruttonjee House, Ruttonjee Centre, 11 Duddell Street, Central, Hong Kong, also effective 26 November 2025.

Trading in the company’s shares on the Stock Exchange has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2025 and will remain suspended until the company fulfills the resumption guidance from the Stock Exchange.
