Parkway Life REIT fully allocates 180 million Singapore dollars from private placement

Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust (C2PU) announced on Aug, 04 2026 that it has fully deployed the 180 million Singapore dollars raised via its private placement completed in Oct, 2024.

The trust directed 159.9 million Singapore dollars to fund its acquisition of 11 nursing homes in France, a transaction that was completed on Dec, 20 2024.

A further 18.5 million Singapore dollars covered professional and related expenses, coming in below the initially budgeted 20.1 million Singapore dollars. The remaining 1.6 million Singapore dollars, or about 0.9% of the total proceeds, has been used to repay existing loans.
