Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Limited (SIUD) informed shareholders on 16 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, the circular dated the same day, the notice of the upcoming Annual General Meeting, and the accompanying proxy form have been published in both English and Chinese.

The documents can be accessed under “Investor Relations” on the company’s website (www.siud.com) and through Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders may, at any time, alter their preferred method of receiving corporate communications—printed copies or electronic versions—and select their language of choice by: 1. Writing to Tricor Investor Services Limited, SIUD’s Hong Kong branch share registrar (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong); 2. Completing and returning the Change Request Form using the pre-paid mailing label provided; or 3. Emailing a scanned copy of the completed form to siud563-ecom@vistra.com.

Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon written request if shareholders encounter difficulties with the online versions.
