Vitasoy International Holdings Limited reported a reduction in its issued share capital after cancelling 542,000 ordinary shares that had been repurchased between 24 July and 4 August 2026. The cancellation was completed on 13 August 2026.

The cancellation lowered the company’s issued share count to 1.02 billion shares from 1.02 billion shares previously, representing a 0.0532% decrease.

The repurchased shares carried a volume-weighted average price of HK$6.4561 per share. No treasury shares were held before or after the transaction, and there are no outstanding repurchased shares pending cancellation.

Following the adjustment, Vitasoy International’s total issued share capital stands at 1,017.56 million shares as of 13 August 2026.
