PRODUCTIVE TECH (00650) announced that KPMG will complete its term and retire as the company's auditor at the conclusion of the upcoming annual general meeting. Based on recommendations from the company's audit committee, the board of directors has resolved not to renew KPMG's appointment as the company's auditor.

In accordance with the company's articles of association and following the audit committee's recommendation, the board has resolved to propose the appointment of BDO (Hong Kong) Limited as the company's auditor. The appointment would take effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting until the end of the company's next annual general meeting, subject to approval by shareholders through an ordinary resolution at the annual general meeting.
