Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 75,000 of its ordinary shares on Sep, 25 2026 at an average price of about US$55.9446 per share.

The company said the repurchased shares will be cancelled, thereby reducing its outstanding share count.

Following the cancellation, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital stands at about 292.94 million ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and the firm holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders can use the updated share count to assess any disclosure obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
