The meeting will consider the audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2025, along with related directors’ and auditor’s reports.

Resolutions up for approval include the re-election of several directors, authorization for fixing directors’ remuneration, and re-appointment of Prism Hong Kong Limited as the Company’s auditor.
