According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 18, UBS Group AG reduced its holdings in Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science And Technology Co.,Ltd. (01157) by 777,200 shares at a price of HK$5.731 per share, for a total amount of approximately HK$4.4541 million.

Following the reduction, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 109 million shares, representing a latest shareholding ratio of 6.99%.
