China Lit Executes HKD 3.94 Million Share Buyback; Outstanding Share Count Steady at 1.01 Billion

China Literature Limited (China Lit) reported a further on-market repurchase of 200,000 ordinary shares on 10 September 2026, paying between HKD 19.63 and HKD 19.77 per share. The transaction cost HKD 3.94 million and represented 0.02% of the company’s 1.01 billion issued shares.

Including this latest trade, China Lit has bought back 1.80 million shares between 2 and 10 September 2026 at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 19.71 to HKD 21.44. All shares repurchased during the period are earmarked for cancellation but remain outstanding as of 10 September 2026, keeping the issued-share figure unchanged at 1,014,293,517.

Under the general mandate approved on 2 June 2026, China Lit may repurchase up to 102.15 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this authority have reached 15.45 million shares, equivalent to 1.51% of the issued share base on the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares—lasting through 10 October 2026—following the latest repurchase.
