Unisound AI Technology Co., Ltd. (UNISOUND, 09678) has proposed amendments to its Articles of Association to add “Category II value-added telecommunications services” to its registered business scope. The Board said the change supports planned launches of MaaS, Agent and consumer-oriented paid products, aiming to strengthen monetisation of AI offerings and broaden revenue channels.

The amended Articles will be tabled at the company’s first extraordinary general meeting of 2026, scheduled for Wednesday, 8 April 2026. If approved, the Board and its delegates will file the revisions with the relevant market-supervision authorities.

To determine shareholder eligibility for the EGM, the H-share register will be closed from Tuesday, 31 March 2026 to Wednesday, 8 April 2026, inclusive. Transfers must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 30 March 2026.

The current Articles remain effective until the proposed amendments receive shareholder approval and regulatory registration. An EGM circular will be released on HKEXnews and the company website in due course.
