RA MATERIALS (09607) announced that Ms. ZHANG NING, the company's actual controller and chairman, based on her confidence in the company's future development and recognition of the company's long-term value, and in order to boost investor confidence and effectively safeguard investor interests, plans to increase her shareholding in the company's H shares through the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited system via centralized bidding using her own funds or self-raised funds within 12 months starting from September 30, 2026. The increase will range between 6.5 million and 13 million shares.

The shareholding increase plan does not set a price range and will be implemented at an opportune time based on the company's stock price fluctuations and overall capital market trends.
