BEISEN HOLDING (HK: 09669) has announced that it repurchased 377,800 of its own shares on August 31, 2026, for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.1714 million.

The buyback was executed at a price range of HK$3.01 to HK$3.15 per share, according to the company's official filing.
