Metaspacex Limited (Stock Code: 01796) announced that, following additional negotiations with the subscriber, the Long Stop Date for the completion of its subscription of new shares under the General Mandate has been extended from 6 March 2026 to 27 March 2026. The subscription remains contingent upon the satisfaction of specified conditions. All other terms and conditions of the subscription agreement remain unchanged and in full force.
