The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$6.39 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$2.45 million.

Following this acquisition, Tan Kim Choo's total shareholding in the company has increased to approximately 204 million shares.

This holding now represents a 20.02% stake in the company's issued share capital.

The transaction notification lists Ng Chee Tat Philip as an associated party.
