This initiative aims to enhance capital utilization efficiency and increase financial returns, without impacting the company's standard business operations. The move is intended to boost earnings from cash assets, thereby generating greater benefits for both the company and its shareholders.

The approved investment amount for this program is up to RMB 8 billion. This quota will be available for revolving use within a 12-month period starting from the expiry date of the previously board-approved quota, which is July 4, 2026.
