The board encourages shareholders to access the online version as the primary source of information.

Registered shareholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or online access can request hard-copy versions at no cost. To obtain printed copies of the current Interim Report—or any future corporate or actionable communications—shareholders must complete and return the enclosed Reply Form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be sent via email to 517-ecom@vistra.com. Prepaid mailing labels are provided for local returns; overseas shareholders must affix appropriate postage.

COSCO SHIP INTL reminds shareholders to provide a valid email address. Without a functioning address on record, shareholders will receive notices of publication and actionable documents in printed form only until updated details are supplied. The chosen communication preference will remain in effect for all corporate communications until 31 December 2027 or until the shareholder submits a revised instruction.
