Huaqin Co., Ltd. announced that, effective 29 April 2026, all corporate communications—including annual reports, interim results, meeting notices and circulars—will be provided exclusively in electronic form via the company’s website (https://www.huaqin.com/) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The move aligns with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and eliminates routine mailing of hard-copy documents. Non-registered shareholders will no longer receive physical or email alerts when new materials are posted; they are expected to monitor the two designated websites for updates in either English or Chinese.

Shareholders who prefer printed copies may submit a completed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or email 3296-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the last day of the company’s next financial year unless revoked or replaced.
