LOPAL TECH (02465) announced that Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (the "Company") convened its 4th Board of Directors' 50th meeting on January 23, 2026, during which the "Proposal on the Company Carrying Out Hedging Business" was reviewed and approved. This proposal had previously been approved by the 4th Board of Directors' Audit Committee 25th meeting and now requires further approval from the Company's shareholders meeting. The Company and its subsidiaries plan to engage in futures and derivatives hedging activities, with the maximum aggregate amount for margins and premiums not exceeding RMB 500 million (excluding funds for physical delivery of the hedged items). The maximum contract value held on any single trading day shall not exceed RMB 2 billion. These limits are reusable, provided that the utilized funds at any point during the validity period authorized by the shareholders meeting do not exceed the aforementioned quotas.
