Wilmar International lifts stake in AWL Agri Business to 56.94%

Wilmar International (F34) announced on Nov, 19 2025 that its wholly owned unit Lence Pte. Ltd. has completed the purchase of 168,958,219 shares in AWL Agri Business Limited, equal to 13% of the Indian company’s current issued equity capital.

The completion raises Wilmar International’s indirect interest in AWL Agri Business to 56.94%, making the Indian food-products producer a majority-owned subsidiary.

The transaction follows Wilmar International’s earlier disclosure on Nov, 11 2025 regarding the agreement for the share acquisition from Adani Commodities LLP.
