GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai) Inc. completed the allotment of 13.60 million new H shares on 17 July 2026 at HK$34.69 per share under a general mandate, according to the company’s Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.

The placement increased the company’s issued H-share count to 351.63 million, up from 338.03 million at the end of June 2026. Total issued share capital—including 32.34 million unlisted domestic shares—now stands at 383.97 million shares.

Public-float compliance is maintained, with the free-float ratio confirmed at or above the 19.86 percent threshold prescribed at listing.

No treasury shares, share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were outstanding or transacted during the reporting month.
