CHINACOMSERVICE (00552) announced its annual results for the period ended December 31, 2025. The Group firmly seized opportunities arising from multiple factors, including the explosive growth in demand for intelligent computing in the artificial intelligence era. It actively addressed challenges such as cautious customer investment and intensified market competition, achieving stable yet progressive operational performance and an overall improvement in quality and efficiency. Operating revenue reached RMB 150.093 billion, a year-on-year increase of 0.1%. Net profit was RMB 3.61 billion, also up 0.1% compared to the previous year. The gross profit margin was 11.3%, a decrease of 0.4 percentage points year-on-year. The net profit margin was 2.4%, remaining largely stable over the past four years.

Leveraging its integrated service capabilities in planning, construction, maintenance, and operations, the Group capitalized on opportunities driven by artificial intelligence, including the construction of intelligent computing and data centers, as well as urban renewal and green transformation initiatives. This strategy strengthened the development quality across its three major customer markets. Notably, the domestic non-operator enterprise customer market led the performance growth.

The Group will further advance the strategic positioning of its "New Generation Integrated Smart Service Provider" by deepening the implementation of its "AI+" initiatives. It aims to transform the dividends of artificial intelligence into new momentum for development, striving for a strong start to the "16th Five-Year Plan" period. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of RMB 0.2241 per share, representing a 2.5% increase year-on-year. The dividend payout ratio was 43%, an improvement of 1 percentage point compared to the previous year.
