The board of VIGONVITA-B (02630) has announced a series of appointments and re-elections following its annual general meeting.

Dr. Guanghui Tian and Dr. Tianwen Hu have been re-elected as executive directors for the second board term. Mr. Haoxuan Liu has been re-elected as a non-executive director. Dr. Dianwen Ju, Ms. Xinwen Cao, and Dr. Hongxi Xu have been re-elected as independent non-executive directors.

During the first meeting of the second board of directors, held after the adjourned AGM, Dr. Guanghui Tian was appointed as the Chairman of the Board. His term will last for three years, commencing on June 30, 2026, and concluding at the end of the second board's tenure.

Following review and approval by the board on June 30, 2026, Dr. Guanghui Tian has also been appointed as the company's General Manager. Dr. Tianwen Hu and Dr. Zhiqiang Wang have been appointed as Deputy General Managers. Ms. Ting Guo has been appointed as the Board Secretary, and Ms. Zheng Yao has been appointed as the Financial Controller. The terms for these senior management positions are also three years, starting from June 30, 2026, and aligning with the second board's term.

The board has resolved on the composition of its committees, effective from June 30, 2026. The Audit Committee will consist of Ms. Xinwen Cao (Chair, possessing appropriate professional qualifications as per Listing Rules 3.10(2) and 3.21), Dr. Hongxi Xu, and Dr. Dianwen Ju.

The Nomination Committee will comprise Dr. Guanghui Tian (Chair), Dr. Hongxi Xu, and Ms. Xinwen Cao.

The Remuneration and Appraisal Committee will include Dr. Hongxi Xu (Chair), Dr. Tianwen Hu, and Dr. Dianwen Ju. The terms for all committee members are consistent with the tenure of the second board of directors.
