FE Hotels April 2026 Monthly Return Shows Unchanged Share Capital and Ongoing Public Float Compliance

Far East Hotels and Entertainment Limited (FE Hotels) filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming no changes in issued share capital, treasury shares, or public float status.

• Share Capital Status At month-end, issued ordinary shares stood at 752.53 million, identical to the balance at 31 March 2026. The company held no treasury shares, leaving total issued share capital unchanged at 752.53 million shares.

• Public Float FE Hotels affirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 % minimum public float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

• Share Option Schemes Five option tranches remain outstanding with exercise prices ranging from HK$0.1272 to HK$0.443. Outstanding options also remained static during April: - HK$0.443 tranche: 12.07 million options - HK$0.357 tranche: 6.20 million options - HK$0.340 tranche: 12.10 million options - HK$0.142 tranche: 9.82 million options - HK$0.1272 tranche: 3.30 million options The aggregate number of shares that could be issued upon full exercise of all outstanding options totals 43.49 million, of which 41.47 million may still be granted under the approved 2016 scheme. No options were exercised, cancelled, or lapsed during the month, and the company raised no funds from option exercises.

• Absence of Other Equity Instruments No warrants, convertible securities, share repurchases, or other equity arrangements were reported for April.
