Ye Xing Group Holdings Limited announced on 30 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report are now available on both the company website (www.hongkunwuye.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders review the web-based documents to ensure timely access. Registered shareholders who previously requested hard copies will receive them by mail.

For investors preferring printed materials—or those unable to access electronic versions—the company has provided a Change Request Form. Completed forms should be returned to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (prepaid label supplied) or via email to 1941-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for maintaining a functional email address to receive future electronic notifications. Until a valid email is on file, the company will dispatch notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
