Riverine China Holdings Limited requested a halt in trading of its shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited effective 1:07 p.m. on 15 May 2026. The suspension is pending the publication of an announcement pursuant to Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, the Listing Rules, and the Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The board is chaired by Xiao Xingtao and currently comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director, and three independent non-executive directors.

Riverine China will issue the required announcement in due course; trading will remain suspended until further notice from the company or the exchange.
