QILU EXPRESSWAY (01576) announced that the group's revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, was approximately RMB1.774 billion, a decrease of about 61.58% year-on-year, primarily due to a decline in construction business revenue.

Toll revenue, including tax, amounted to approximately RMB1.352 billion, marking an increase of 73.00% YoY, mainly attributed to the completion of the Jinan-Heze Expressway expansion project, which restored two-way traffic.

The net profit reached approximately RMB347 million, down 11.71% YoY, as depreciation, amortization, and financial expenses increased following the completion and operation of the Jinan-Heze Expressway expansion.
