On 23 March 2026, Eternal Beauty Holdings (“Eternal Beauty”) disclosed multiple governance changes, including new director appointments, committee realignments and an update on its share-trading status.

Non-Executive Director Appointment • Mr. Lau Andy Wing Hang, aged 49, joins the board as a non-executive director for an initial three-year term starting 23 March 2026. • Mr. Lau, who previously served the Group in several senior roles between 2005 and 2020, holds an EMBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and owns 1.89 million shares, representing approximately 0.14 % of issued capital. • The appointment carries no director’s fee; remuneration will be reviewed by the Remuneration Committee.

Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Changes • Mr. Tao Chi Keung resigned as INED, Audit Committee chair and member of both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect from 23 March 2026 to concentrate on other business commitments. • Mr. Lee Cheuk Yin Dannis, aged 55, was appointed INED for an initial one-year term. He brings over 30 years of accounting and audit experience, is a member of AICPA and HKICPA, and will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$0.18 million.

Board Committee Re-composition (effective 23 March 2026) • Audit Committee: Mr. Lee appointed chair, joined by Mr. Nagy Guillaume Nicolas Sébastien and Ms. Chan Soh Cheng. • Remuneration Committee: Ms. Chan Soh Cheng added as member; Mr. Nagy Guillaume Nicolas Sébastien remains chair with Ms. Lam King continuing as member. • Nomination Committee: Mr. Nagy Guillaume Nicolas Sébastien added as member; Mr. Lau Kui Wing remains chair with Ms. Chan Soh Cheng continuing as member.

Trading Status Trading in Eternal Beauty shares (stock code 06883) has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 17 March 2026 and will remain suspended until further notice.
