On 2 June 2026, the Executive received a Rule 22 disclosure under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers detailing trades by CITIC Securities Company Limited in the A shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd., which is undergoing privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement.

CITIC Securities—identified as a Class (5) associate of the Offeror—executed two ETF-related transactions on 1 June 2026:

• Sale connected to the creation of new index-tracking exchange-traded funds: 800 shares were sold for RMB 15.57 million, at prices ranging from RMB 19.39 to RMB 19.51 per share.

• Purchase linked to dealings in pre-existing index-tracking ETFs: 700 shares were acquired for RMB 13.75 million, at prices between RMB 19.60 and RMB 19.65 per share.

The combined activity resulted in a net sale of 100 shares, with aggregate turnover amounting to RMB 29.31 million. All transactions represented less than 1% of the company’s issued A-share capital and under 20% of the relevant ETF basket value.

These trades were carried out on CITIC Securities’ own account and form part of the required disclosures during the ongoing privatisation of ENN Natural Gas.
