On the news front, WANKA ONLINE announced that on August 29, 2025, Suzhou Longying Software Development Co., Ltd., an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Group, formally signed a comprehensive cooperation memorandum with Alibaba Cloud.

The Company has officially reached comprehensive cooperation with Alibaba Cloud. Leveraging Alibaba Cloud's Tongyi Qianwen large model and global cloud infrastructure, combined with the Group's deep accumulation in mobile advertising and smartphone manufacturer ecosystems, both parties will jointly build dual engines of "AI Marketing Agents" and "AI Mobile Agents" to drive intelligent upgrades in the global marketing industry.

According to the memorandum, the cooperation period between both parties is tentatively set for three years, with the specific cooperation period subject to the detailed business agreements to be negotiated and separately signed by both parties.

The cooperation is expected to advance in three phases: Infrastructure Phase (2025): The Company's proprietary industry data will complete integrated training with Alibaba Cloud's Tongyi Qianwen large model; Expansion Phase (within 1-2 years of the cooperation): Research, development and application of various AI agent products; Ecosystem Phase (within 2-3 years of the cooperation): Building an AI marketing agent ecosystem matrix to form a flywheel closed loop of "AI Foundation (large model & computing power) → AI Agent Matrix → Scenario Commercial Applications."
