C.banner International Holdings Limited disclosed the latest composition of its Board of Directors and key committees on 30 July 2026.

The Board now comprises four Executive Directors—Chairman Chen Yixi, Yuan Zhenhua, Li Niyong and Chief Financial Officer Zhang Baojun—alongside two Non-executive Directors, Fan Yuanyuan and Zhang Yichen.
