Shares of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) soared 5.29% in intraday trading on Thursday, as investors reacted to the company’s strong second-quarter financial results that exceeded analyst expectations across the board.

The real estate services firm reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $5.26 per diluted share, a 59% jump from $3.30 a year earlier and well above the FactSet consensus estimate of $4.55. Revenue climbed 11% to $6.93 billion, slightly ahead of the $6.88 billion analysts had forecast. Key segments showed robust growth, with Leasing Advisory revenue rising 24% to $836.9 million and Capital Markets Services up 19% to $620.2 million. Free cash flow reached $438 million, and the company repurchased $110 million in shares during the quarter.

Adding to the positive sentiment, JLL raised its full-year adjusted earnings per share target range, reflecting 34% year-over-year growth at the mid-point. The company cited strong momentum in leasing advisory, capital markets, and workplace management, and expects continued acceleration in advisory revenues and broad-based demand for its core services across sectors.
