Operational Context Management attributed the revenue decline to reduced outsourcing demand from Singapore’s public sector and a more cautious hiring environment. The Group is focusing on operational efficiency, margin accretive projects and enhancement of payroll outsourcing, compliance support and employer-of-record offerings to align with evolving client needs.
