Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (Stock Code: 2236) announced on 3 November 2025 the termination of a contract signed on 22 October 2024 with Limited Liability Company Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez. According to the announcement, the total sum of the contract amounted to approximately RMB8.3 billion.

The group had received a prepayment of around RMB2,605 million immediately after signing. Of this amount, approximately RMB580 million in trade receivables and contract assets had been fully settled by the prepayment, covering revenue recognized to date. As the contract was still in its preliminary stage, the group expects no recoverability risk, with no material adverse impact on its revenue, gross profit, cash flow, or financial position.

Based on the figures disclosed, the contract contributed about 0.15% to the group’s revenue and approximately 0.32% to its gross profit for the year ended 31 December 2024. The group’s overall operations remain unaffected.
