According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 7, a shareholder of WINSHINE SCI (00209) transferred shares from Imagi Brokerage Limited to Futu Securities International (Hong Kong). The transferred portfolio had a market value of HK$1.97 million, representing a 5.96% stake.

Previously, WINSHINE SCI announced a proposal for a rights issue on the basis of 7 rights shares for every 1 existing share held on the record date, with a subscription price of HK$0.14 per rights share. The initiative aims to raise up to approximately HK$182 million in gross proceeds through the issuance of a maximum of about 1.3 billion rights shares to eligible shareholders, assuming no change in the number of issued shares on or before the record date.
