TIL Enviro Limited has scheduled its board meeting for 27 August 2026. Directors will review and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and deliberate on a possible interim dividend.

The session will be chaired by Lim Chin Sean, who serves as Chairman and non-executive director. The current board comprises non-executive directors Lim Chin Sean and Lim Siew Ling, executive director Wong Kok Sun, and independent non-executive directors Tan Yee Boon, Hew Lee Lam Sang and Tam Ka Hei Raymond.
