Great Eagle Holdings Limited (the Group) has disclosed that Company Secretary Ms. Wong Mei Ling, Marina will step down effective 11 April 2026. According to the Board, Ms. Wong leaves without disagreement and no matters require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same day, Ms. Lee Lai Yee, Anita will assume the role of Company Secretary. Ms. Lee, who joined the Group in 2022, is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy and brings more than 30 years of company-secretarial and corporate-governance experience.

The Board expressed appreciation for Ms. Wong’s contributions and extended a formal welcome to Ms. Lee. The announcement was authorized by Chairman and Managing Director Dr. Lo Ka Shui on 10 April 2026. As of that date, Great Eagle’s Board comprises seven Executive Directors, three Non-executive Directors, and five Independent Non-executive Directors.
