ANJOY FOOD (02648) has announced that, following a qualification review by the company's board nomination committee, the board has nominated (i) Mr. Liu Mingming, Mr. Zhang Qingmiao, Mr. Zhang Gaolu, and Mr. Huang Jianlian as candidates for executive directors of the sixth-term board of directors; (ii) Dr. Zheng Yanan and Mr. Dai Fan as candidates for non-executive directors of the sixth-term board; and (iii) Ms. Zhang Mei, Dr. Liu Xiaofeng, Dr. Zhao Bei, and Mr. Zhang Yueping as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the sixth-term board. The term for all nominated candidates will be three years, commencing from the date of approval by the company's shareholders' meeting. Upon approval by the shareholders, these nominated non-worker representative director candidates will join the worker representative directors elected by the company's staff congress to form the complete sixth-term board of directors.
