West China Cement Limited issued a shareholder notification on 24 April 2026 confirming that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular and proxy form have been published in both English and Chinese. All documents are accessible on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and on the company’s site (www.westchinacement.com).

In line with the paperless listing regime introduced on 31 December 2023, the company has formally switched to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, as permitted under Listing Rule 2.07A. This covers directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

Shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address—either by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by completing and returning the reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the company’s Hong Kong share registrar). Supplying an email address enables automatic electronic notification each time new corporate communications are released.

If no email address is supplied: 1. No electronic alerts will be sent. 2. Shareholders must proactively check the company and HKEXnews websites for updates. 3. The company will continue to dispatch “Actionable Corporate Communications” (documents requiring shareholder instructions) in printed form.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may tick the relevant option on the reply form or send an email request to wcc.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such requests remain valid for one year from the instruction date.
