Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 2610) announced that its substantial shareholder, Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Berhad (Stock Code: 8869), published an unaudited report for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 26 February 2026. Press Metal holds approximately 20.62% of Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited.

According to the unaudited report, Press Metal’s share of profit from associates was RM 73.60 million for the three months ended 31 December 2025 and RM 426.22 million for the full year ended 31 December 2025. For the same periods in 2024, the figures were RM 190.99 million and RM 559.28 million, respectively. Public information indicates that Nanshan Aluminium accounted for more than 90% of Press Metal’s total share of profit from associates in 2024.

The information in Press Metal’s unaudited report was prepared under Malaysia’s accounting principles, which differ from Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards. The finalised annual results of Nanshan Aluminium for the year ended 31 December 2025 are expected to be published by the end of March 2026.
