Billion Industrial signals at least 160% interim profit surge on widened margins amid rising oil prices

Billion Industrial Holdings Limited issued a positive profit alert, indicating that profit attributable to owners for the six months ended 30 June 2026 is expected to rise by not less than 160% versus the corresponding period in 2025.

Management attributed the anticipated earnings jump mainly to higher oil prices, which expanded product gross-margin spreads and lifted total sales, resulting in a significant revenue increase.

The figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to review by the company’s auditors and audit committee. Detailed interim results will be released in due course.

Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities until the formal interim results are published.

The board currently comprises three executive directors, one non-executive director and two independent non-executive directors. The announcement was authorised for issue by Company Secretary Law Hoi Ching on 21 July 2026 in Hong Kong.
