ASIAINFO TECH (01675) announced that for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the group recorded revenue of approximately RMB3.968 billion and a net loss of about RMB177 million. Excluding one-time severance compensation related to workforce optimization, the adjusted net loss was approximately RMB10 million. As of September 30, 2025, the group's total assets stood at around RMB9.219 billion, with net assets of approximately RMB6.140 billion.

The group's cumulative revenue decline in the first three quarters of 2025 showed significant improvement compared to the first half, while the net loss narrowed considerably. Excluding one-time compensation costs from workforce optimization, the group nearly achieved breakeven. It is projected that Q4 2025 performance will notably outperform Q3, with full-year results remaining stable year-on-year after adjusting for one-time compensation. Key contributing factors include: 1. Continued focus on three growth drivers—AI model applications and delivery, 5G private networks and applications, and digital-intelligent operations—accelerating contract signings. 2. The group's customer base is concentrated in state-owned enterprises and central government clients, which typically follow centralized procurement and budget management systems, leading to seasonal purchasing patterns. Consequently, the group's performance is also seasonal, with revenue and profits predominantly realized in the second half (especially Q4). 3. Effective cost control through mature cost management mechanisms and workforce optimization, though the latter incurred one-time compensation expenses.

Additionally, the group intensified efforts in AI model applications and delivery during the first three quarters, establishing a sustainable operational framework for model deployment. This initiative has driven the adoption of "AI+" across industries, generating revenue exceeding RMB75 million—a 26-fold year-on-year increase and nearly triple the H1 figure—marking explosive growth. Order intake surpassed RMB150 million, with a robust pipeline of opportunities.

In partnerships, the group strengthened collaboration with Alibaba Cloud, NVIDIA, Baidu Cloud, and AsiaInfo Security, notably becoming an Alibaba Cloud Competency Center. The two parties are deepening joint product development, service cooperation, and market expansion in areas such as Tongyi Qianwen AI models, AI integrated machines, and AI model security.

In industry applications, the group has developed benchmark cases in energy, transportation, industrial manufacturing, and smart retail, delivering over 200 projects for leading clients.

Moving forward, the group will maintain a steady yet progressive strategy—consolidating its foundation in the telecommunications sector to ensure stable ICT support services while accelerating growth in AI model applications, 5G private networks, and digital-intelligent operations to achieve higher-quality development.
