PEIJIA-B (09996) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of 713 million yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 15.82%. The loss attributable to shareholders narrowed by 10.28% compared to the previous year, with a basic loss per share of 0.31 yuan. During the reporting period, the group maintained steady growth while continuously improving quality and operational efficiency.

Revenue for the period reached 713 million yuan, up 15.82% year-on-year. The revenue structure remained stable, with 40.7% coming from TAVR-related product sales and 59.3% from neurointerventional product sales (compared to 42.2% and 57.8% respectively in 2024). The sustained revenue growth was primarily driven by strong sales performance in both the Transcatheter Valve Therapy business and the Neurointerventional business.

Sales revenue from TAVR-related products increased by 11.6% year-on-year to 290 million yuan. This growth was mainly due to the group's expanding market share in China's TAVR market, bolstered particularly by the successful launch of the high-end product, the TaurusMax® 3D Adjustable TAVR System.

Sales revenue from neurointerventional products grew by 18.9% year-on-year to 423 million yuan. This increase was largely driven by robust performance of core products within the vascular access, ischemic, and hemorrhagic product portfolios, including the DCwire® microguidewire, YonFlow® flow diverter stent, Fastunnel® delivery balloon dilatation catheter, Syphonet® thrombectomy stent, and Tethys AS® thromboaspiration catheter.

Benefiting from continued economies of scale and cost optimization and efficiency improvements driven by lean management measures, the group's overall gross profit margin remained relatively stable, while the expense ratio decreased significantly.

The neurointerventional business segment profit surged by 86.6% year-on-year to 97.2 million yuan. In contrast, the loss for the Transcatheter Valve Therapy business segment narrowed by 20.2% to 216 million yuan. Excluding the loss attributable to the pioneering technology business component, the group's annual adjusted loss would have been 111 million yuan, a narrowing of 44.1% compared to the previous year.
