MoneyMax Treasure launches second digital tokenised commercial paper

MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced on Nov, 28 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has launched its Series 002 unsecured commercial paper in the form of digital security tokens under a 200 million Singapore dollars programme.

The Series 002 Notes carry an interest rate of 4.00% per annum and will mature three months from the issuance date. They will be offered to accredited and institutional investors and are expected to be listed on the ADDX Exchange.

Proceeds are projected to range between 50 million and 70 million Singapore dollars, with the final size to be determined at the issuer’s discretion.

The company stated that it will release further announcements if there are any material updates regarding the programme or the new issuance.
