RS MACALLINE (01528) announced that following Mr. Che Jianxing's formal resignation as General Manager, he no longer holds any day-to-day management positions within the company. Consequently, Mr. Che has been reassigned from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, effective October 13, 2025. His term will align with the fifth session of the Board of Directors, and upon expiration, he may be re-elected for consecutive terms. The company will enter into a new service agreement with Mr. Che regarding his Non-Executive Director role. Additionally, Mr. Che will continue to serve as a member of the company's Nomination Committee and Strategic & Investment Committee.

Following nomination by the company's General Manager and recommendation by the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors meeting held on October 13, 2025, passed a resolution appointing Mr. Zhu Jiagui as Deputy General Manager of the company. His term will commence from the date of Board approval and conclude upon the expiration of the fifth session of the Board of Directors.
