The company is urging shareholders—particularly non-registered holders whose shares are kept through CCASS intermediaries—to access the report online. Key procedural points: 1. A prepaid mailing label is provided for Hong Kong returns, so no stamp is required. 2. If no email address is provided, the company will send paper notices of publication until an address is received. 4. Print-copy preferences indicated on the request form will apply to all future corporate communications until written notice is given to the registrar or until 31 December 2026, whichever is earlier.
